Tax Collector

The Tax Collector is responsible for the billing and collection of taxes based on a warrant to collect issued by the Assessors. Hampden issues quarterly real estate and personal property tax bills. Motor vehicle excise bills are issued periodically throughout the year with the majority of billing generated in February.

Office hours are Monday thru Thursday, 9:am – 3:pm.
