Field Usage:     Discussed letting Pioneer Valley use the two soccer fields at TWB on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the soccer season in exchange for Hampden teams not being scheduled for games on Sundays.  Chris said this was brought up to the RAH Board.  He said that Lou from Pioneer Valley would not pay to use the fields, as had been suggested at the last meeting.  Discussed the impact the GM construction would have on this issue.  Chris said it would not have any impact.  Pioneer Valley would start using the fields this spring.  Only Pioneer Valley would be allowed to use the fields.  There would be no practice on the fields at all.  A motion was made by Tom to open the two fields.  There would be no practice on the fields at all.  A motion was made by Tom to open the two fields at TWB to Pioneer Valley Soccer for games on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays with the provision that Hampden teams are not scheduled for any Sunday games.  Seconded by Chris.
