The meeting was called to order at 7:04 P.M. Board members in attendance were Tom Crogan, Chris McDonald and Glennice Flynn. Sue Gorman was also in attendance.
Minutes from the June 6, 2002 Emergency meeting and the June 13, 2002 meeting were reviewed and approved.
Nick Bisson arrived at 7:30P.M. Nick is requesting a skateboard Park in town. Nick presented the board with a printout with what he was proposing for location, cost, insurance etc. Nick is going to do more research and return at the next board meeting to continue discussion on the skateboard park.
Policy Committee
Chris is planning to hold the initial meeting the week of July 8th for the policy committee.
Baseball
John reported that the Jamboree went well. The baseball season will be ending by July 11th. The softball season has ended. All equipment needs to be in by the end of July.
Misc.
Check with Jay about organizing a First aid/CPR class for coaches for the fall.
The next meeting is July 11, 2002 at 7:00P.M.
