Morton Case 2004-K, L, M, N Lots 6D-1, 6D-2, 6D-3 South Ridge Road– Meeting reconvened at 7:00.
John Flynn introduced the Board. Flynn asked Russ Morton to make his presentation. Morton presented plans for a common driveway for lots 6D-1, 6D-2, and 6D-3 with more detail added. Morton also presented the Board with a Drainage Report prepared by Sherman & Woods.
The Drainage Report includes a Locus Plan, soil information, sketch of the drainage calculations, pipe capacity calculations and depth flow calculations.
Flynn wanted to know if Sherman & Woods took into consideration the soil at the slope and the permeation. Morton replied Sherman & Woods calculated all the flows and even went beyond the area he had to look at. Robert Majkut asked if the twelve (12) inch culverts were where the driveways meet and the drop inlet is the tie in. Morton said yes and the summary in the report states the culverts will handle a twenty five (25) year storm.
The drawing shows the fifty foot radius in numbers. The Board requested the numbers be put on the drawings and Morton complied.
The Board voted unanimously (5-0) to approve the Special Permit 2004-N for one common driveway for lots 6D-1, 6D-2 and 6D-3.
