Minutes from August 11, 2004 were approved.
(1.) Shadow Wood Update – Tighe and Bond have not been paid to date. The money is coming. Personally Flynn feels not paying the Town Engineer would be grounds for not granting an extension.
(2.) Scantic Meadows Update- Melissa Reeves called Dan O’Brien for an update on the project and O’Brien never returned the call.
(3.) Sidewalk Committee- no update
