The bills were approved.
Mark Ashe- Mark’s Rolling Dance Review is interested in renting a space in the Mini Mall. He was asked to attend meeting to discuss parking. Michael Cimmino owner of Mini Mall called John and discussed this new possible tenant. He also told Flynn he has another possible tenant, a reptile man. Ashe never came to the meeting.
Shadow Wood – Gary Weiner, Ectotec Environmental discussed the current Conservation review issues regarding Professional Peer Reivew. Tighe and Bond reviews drainage and slides over to wetlands and there is a knowledge base there that is already paid for. There is a Tighe and Bond professional, Paul Beaulieu, that the Town generally uses.
REP. for CPA – Board voted unanimously to elect Flynn as the Board’s representative to Community Preservation Act.
Scantic Meadows- no update
Sidewalk Committee- no update
546-548 Main Street – After an inquiry from Timothy Reilly, Atty. about this property zoning and uses he was told the Zoning for that is Business Non Conforming and the Chart of Bylaw will explain the uses.
