Present: Mark Barba, Duane Mosier
Meeting was called to order at 2:35 pm.
Duane Mosier made a motion to accept revisions as presented by David Martel, Esq. (Town Counsel) to Charter Communications Agreement to Extend Cable License. Second by Mark Barba. VOTE: All in favor and so voted. The Agreement was then faxed to Bob Spain at Charter Communications.
Meeting was adjourned at 2:45 pm.
