A special meeting was called to order by Duane Mosier at 1:15 p.m. in the Selectman’s office. Jim Smith was also present. Mark Barba was unable to attend. Brian Harrington, representing the arbitration board was present. Also joining the negotiations was Chief Mellis.

Motion to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing contract items with the IBPO and returning to open session was made by Jim Smith and seconded by Duane Mosier. Jim Smith yes, Duane Mosier yes.

The next meeting is scheduled for November 13, 2003 at 1:30 pm.

Motion to adjourn by Jim Smith, second by Duane Mosier. Meeting adjourned at 4:15 pm.
