MINUTES

Roll Call:	The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. Board of Selectmen James D. Smith, Duane Mosier, and Mark Barba were in attendance.

1. Cost of Living increases recommendation for FY 04. Information to be confirmed before final letter.

2. Letter to Department Heads to evaluate and prepare alternate budgets with up to 5% reduction due to reduced revenue from State Sources.

3. Mary Lyons settlement payment Cliff updated the Board.

4. Storm Water

Duane Mosier updated the Board on the meeting that was held on 12/19 with Tighe and Bond. A subsequent meeting will be held on 1/6/03 with several

support committees – Planning Board, Conservation Commission, Historical, and schools with the possibility of including residents.
