Roll Call: |
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Board of Selectmen James D. Smith and Mark
Barba were in attendance. Duane Mosier was out of town. |

Mark Barba motioned to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing litigation against the town, with a return to open session. James Smith seconded. Role call Vote: Mark Barba – Yes, James Smith – Yes. Duane Mosier was absent.
Open Session:
James Smith presented a draft of a letter to the editor for the Wilbraham-Hampden Times. The letter was in response to an article in the Wilbraham-Hampden Times dated November 14th and titled “Boy Scouts Blamed For Vandalism”. The letter discussed the Board’s displeasure with the headline and elaborated on the non-accusatory nature of the meeting.
Since Duane Mosier was not present to agree to his name being on the bottom of the letter it was agreed to send the letter with the signature being “For the Board of Selectmen, James D. Smith, Chairman”
The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 pm.
