Roll Call:	The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Board of Selectmen James D. Smith, and Duane Mosier, and Mark Barba were in attendance.

Peter Hatch

Peter Hatch came by to discuss policies at the Fire Department

Old Business:

Continued discussion on the transition phase for the new Police Chief. It was unanimously decided that the date of December 2, 2002 would be the official start date of the new chief. The Board decided to schedule Doug Mellis to come in at the next meeting to establish a contract for his employment.

The meeting adjourned at 10:00 pm
