The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Board of Selectmen James D. Smith, Duane
Mosier, and Mark Barba were in attendance. |

Appointments:
The Board welcomed Christopher Pronovost, Amherst Police Sergeant who is the first candidate to be interviewed for Chief of Police. Also present were Connie Witt, Suzanne McLaughlin, Curtis MacKenzie, John Barbou.
The Board interviewed Christopher Pronovost after opening remarks made by James Smith.
New Business:
Septic System
James Smith moved to approve the conditions at 382 Allen Street for the repair of the septic system, allowing Glen Riddle, Health Inspector to accept the Septic System plans consistent with a Title V variance of up to 1 foot with the effluent filter be put on the tank outlet. Mark Barba seconded. All in favor and so voted.
Duane Mosier moved, seconded by Mark Barba to adjourn the meeting. The motion was adopted unanimously (3-0). The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
