The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Board of Selectmen Austin G. McKeon, James
D. Smith, and Duane Mosier were in attendance. |

Old Business:
1.
Minutes from April 22, 2002 for approval
Pg 1 Section 2: change 3rd sentence to read include status of order of conditions form Conservation Commission, Park&Rec and Board of Selectmen
Pg 1 Section 3: add Criminal Justice Training Council fee dispute
Duane Mosier made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted. Jim Smith seconded, all in favor and so voted.
2. Green Meadow School
Discussion of the status of the project and any new information that the Board has acquired since their last meeting. The Board is looking into the record of the original capacity at Green Meadow School that may qualify the town to a reclassification.
James Smith made a motion to support a yes vote on Article 7 of the Annual Town Meeting on the Special Town Meeting Warrant. In addition, if Article 7 fails town meeting vote the Board of Selectmen will support a positive vote on Article 8 and if Article 7 passes the Board will support no action on Article 8. Duane Mosier seconded, all in favor and so voted.
Austin McKeon moved, seconded by James Smith to adjourn the meeting. The motion was adopted unanimously (3-0). The meeting adjourned at 6:20 P.M.
