MINUTES
March 11, 2002			Thornton Burgess School
6:00 P.M			Wilbraham Road
Roll Call:	The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Board of Selectmen Austin G. McKeon and Duane Mosier were in attendance. James Smith was out of town.

Old Business:

1. Minutes from March 4, 2002 and March 8, 2002 for approval

Duane Mosier made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted. Austin seconded, all in favor and so voted.

Other Business:

2. Girl Scout

Girl Scout Troop 660 requested permission for a cookie sale at Transfer Station in March. The Selectmen denied the request as it is their policy not to have signage or solicitation at the Transfer Station.

3. Memorial Day

Memorial Day Parade will be held on Monday, May 27, 2002.

Austin McKeon moved, seconded by Duane Mosier to adjourn the meeting. The motion was adopted unanimously (2-0). The meeting adjourned at 6:20 P.M.
